The Hunt is a career opportunity, in which under-and fresh graduates selected from diverse universities compete for a chance to win a 1 year (renewable) internship at INDEVCO Group.
The Hunt consists of 2 major stages:
- Stage 1: A full day fun event at Deir El Qamar - Chouf.
- Stage 2: Technical and corporate presentations to be assessed by a professional jury, conducted a INDEVCO HR premises.

Candidates shall meet the below requirements to participate in the Hunt:
- Lebanese
- Under or fresh graduate
- Searching for a job opportunity
- Holding a bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Filled an online application and passed the interview at the HR - Recruitment Unit level
